El 30 de septiembre sale a la venta Head Carrier, el nuevo disco de los Pixies y el primero en tener a la nueva bajista Paz Lenchantin. Hace unas semanas, Black Francis reveló en una entrevista que este nuevo álbum, el primero concebido como tal desde Trompe Le Monde de 1991, tiene una canción a modo de agradecimiento para Kim Deal y que la canta la nueva bajista marplatense.
La canción se titula “All I Think About Now” y recientemente divulgaron su letra. Como verán más abajo, hay mucho sobre la idea de ir para atrás y cambiar algunas cosas, hay un gracias explícito e incluso un tono de arrepentimiento. La compartimos a continuación, en inglés:

La relación Francis-Deal siempre tuvo altibajos pero todo llegó a su fin cuando en 2013, la bajista decide abandonar la banda.
